purchased vehicle. Tony worked up a deal. We agreed. He delivered the car with a full tank of gas and we signed the papers. smooth deal. one small hiccup,but was resolved quickly and we moved forward. Tony was friendly and courteous and helpful. He deserves a blue ribbon and raise.

Terrible customer service. The mechanics must be overloaded because the work is done terribly wrong causing more problems, more money for the customer and more delays. My car was promised to be complete in two days which then turned into a week and when I went to pick it up, they hadn’t even started the work. They don’t care. Every time I take my car for service, I pay an outrageous amount of money only to bring it back in two weela because it broke down. This isn’t a coincidence. They either want to take more money or they want to get me to trade in my car. I’ve talked with the service manager, Rick, and he doesn’t follow through either. If they’re this disorganized up front, you can only imagine what goes on where we can’t see.
