I have the warranty on my vehicle but service dept says it won't cover suspension work. Then why state or offer bumper to bumper warranty if it won't cover. As far as I know suspension is between bumper
I was very pleased with my first visit to the Luke Fruia dealership. The staff at the service department were excellent. As soon as I entered I was greeted and helped in every way possible. The staff made me feel very at home. I advised I was going to walk my kids over to the Burger King down the street while my vehicle was being worked on and before I finished my sentence, they immediately offered us a ride to and from once the vehicle was ready. I will definitely go back and definitely recommend to others. I hope the higher ups in this company will find this and commend the staff accordingly. It was a pretty easy purchase. I already knew what vehicle I wanted.The salesman Rudy B explained all the features of the vehicle very good and was very informative and answered all our questions. He even had lunch ordered for us while we waited for the papers to be ready. Everyone was very friendly And we would definitely send friends there to buy a car. We love our vehicle.
They are great. The only thing I don't like is that I received a voice message everyday for two weeks from someone in the Service Department asking me to call her back. I would have liked to know why I should call her back (like - It's time for an oil change). Instead, there was a message 'call back'. When I did, she was never there and/or I was sent from one person to another and never finding out why I was called. Overall, my buying experience there was great; service experience not as great, therefore the '9'
