My vehicle was to ready the same day, after being told it would not be ready until the following day after noon. this was very good as I was able to get my car earlier than I thought and get back on the road for work.

My experience has always been very satisfied. Iam dealing with a very professional team . Mrs. Flor, out of the Brownsville area is super satisfing. I had never had to worry about getting the best of performing from Luke FURIA. I'm very pleased and i will not change to anyone else when it comes to the body shop service team . 'NUMBER ONE'

This is not my first experience with Luke Fruia, and have always said that Luke Fruia has the friendlist personnel. You go there & right away someone comes to ask how they can help you.have. Not to boast a lot, but I have purchased 6 cars from them which I think has a lot to do with the salesman you get to know and deal with. That particular salesman is no longer at Luke. My current car was not purchased at Luke, sorry to say. It was at another dealership . I went thru 4 cars before I was satisfied. as far as the car not giving me any problems, but the deal I got got not too happy. Had bad experiences with 3 of them and also bad experience with their personnel. That is reason I went back to Luke Fruia for service and probabley always will. I am thinking
of getting another vehicle but I will be shopping around as to who will give me the best deal. I have dealt and purchased a vehicle from Tipton, Payne Motors, Cardenas and Tipotex (this last one I don't think I'll go back to). But you know, in the end, the dealership talks to you and tells you that they are giving you a good deal but they are getting the best of it.
Every one and every thing was great except for the fact that they forgot to top off my windshield wiper fluid and that one of my pet peeves. Just makes you thing if they didn’t do that what else didn’t they do on the inspection of my truck?!?!
As always excellent service provided by everybody, but in particular by Aaron Fuentes, he goes above and beyond to make sure we get the best service in the shortest amount of time. Although we could go to the Chevrolet dealer for service, we prefer to go to Luke Fruia because of the excellent customer service. Keep up the great job Aaron.
