I live in Houston but have been in the valley for over 3 weeks with a very sick parent in the hospital and your employees were were very sensitive & caring.

Not certain how this would have been handled elsewhere however, my vehicle appeared to have problems only for myself. The shop could not duplicate. Three trips to the shop and my belief was I was going mad. Finally, the shop was able to duplicate the concern. They did not second guess me and continued until they came across the same concern. Their patience and belief in my concern ended with positive results. I need to mention the vehicle is an XLR, which has been out of production for years and working on these vehicles is not common ground for any. Problem fixed, happy customer and I am certain elated mechanic. Vehicle was completed and ready for delivery ahead of schedule. Great work. Great team. Great results.
Great friendly staff. They were able to come for my vehicle at my workplace and drop it off when ready. I was able to make my payment over the phone which is convinient for me since I’m unable to leave the office. Overall pleased with the service.

Unbelievable. On a Sunday morning, I called the Service Manager to ask for advice on the concern with my vehicle. We attempted a diagnosis over the phone with fruitless results. The Service Manager drove to my home on his time in his personal vehicle, with tools on board. He discovered the problem and repaired with a temporary fix. We then drove to the dealership where we parked the vehicle inside to begin repair on the following Monday. The vehicle has been repaired and received since then. I never expected the Service Manager to leave his family and home to come to my home, I was hoping for a solution or a tow vehicle to transport the vehicle to the dealership. The type of service that was rendered by the Service Manager was above and beyond anything I have experienced in my short life of 60 years. The level of commitment and dedication to the customer from the dealership displays nothing but positive influence to the customer and the subordinates in the shop. Again as I opened with this message, unbelievable. Exceptional Service and Customer Care.
I have not heard from Luke Fruia since last Thursday when they were going to order the part for my Cadillac. Service Manager was suppose to call my husband back and have not heard from them at all. I am not surprised at all, I am already use to this poor customer service. I am never buying from this dealership again. I will take my business somewhere else.
